And you have probably heard that there is no such a thing as work-life balance? Or that no one can have it all? Well, that’s true but only partially and, there is so much more to it!

 

BEFORE YOU GIVE UP ON FINDING YOUR BALANCE, READ THIS:

My, My work and I is the answer to every single one of those problems. Having the balance in your life and career is a lot easier than you think. Here’s why:

 

  1. This sounds too good to be true…

Yes, you are totally right! And this is exactly one of limiting beliefs that we will together deal with! I will guide and support you to re-write this belief, so it won’t be true for you anymore!

 

  1. There are so many other ways and tricks to get fulfilled life - how Me, My work and I is different?

I guess it’s easier to list what is the same – nothing at all. I’m not selling you a quick fix or a magical formula. What works for Barack, Gary, Jenna or Marie, doesn’t have to work for you. This program is different in its key assumption – you are unique and you have it all that is needed for your success. Together we will shape and tailor your formula for balanced life. You deserve that!

 

  1. Why do I need 3 weeks?

You need more! You need to start living the life you want now, and please don’t finish after 3 weeks! During those 3 weeks we will just kick-off together, I’ve arranged it over 3 weeks time so this change is easier, less overwhelming and it will feel natural and effortless.

 

  1. I can’t commit for regular work daily - what then?

This program is designed with daily work purposefully. And, I know life has its own ways – so it’s also possible to finish all exercises just in one go once per week.  Also you get lifetime access to the materials, so you can always get back and use them (I fully recommend doing it!) after the 3 weeks are over.

 

  1. What if I can’t make it for a weekly call?

Yes, it’s always difficult to find one time slot fitting all! So if for any reasons you can’t make it – it will be recorded and you can catch up later on! You can also send me your struggles and questions before the call, so I can address them.

 

  1. How is it different from guided journaling?

There are some questions that aim for you to shift to different perspective, and that goes well in line with journaling. Please do journal during this program if that is helpful for you! And Me, My Work and I program is so much more than answering some questions daily! It’s interactive and tailored to your needs.

 

  1. How is it different from mindfulness exercises?

There are parts of mindfulness included in the program. We will work on your awareness and letting go of judgement. And we will also do so much more! Me, My work and I program focuses on self-communication, self-listening and self-confidence. Having these three in control opens up completely new possibilities!

 

  1. How is it different from 21-days challenges to reset new habits?

Resetting habits is not the aim of Me, My Work and I program, and it is designed so it is not a challenge for you. The change you are longing for is easy, smooth and within your reach. And you might discover after Me, My work and I program that some of your habits are different!

 

  1. How much time do I need?

No more than half an hour a day, plus two group coaching calls (1h) and completion call (30min).

 

  1. I can see that it works but not just for my personality type.

This is yet another limiting belief that we will work on reframing. And if you can see that it works – you are already one step ahead. For some their inner critique rose to such a strong position, it even blocks them from just imaging it!
